Complete rebrand of the Royal College of Midwives, aligning their identity around four key audiences – midwives, maternity support workers, mothers and parents, and members. Breaking from tired sector clichés, the new brand embodies connection, warmth, and leadership, reflecting the RCM’s role as both a professional body and trade union. The identity strengthens their voice, celebrates the midwifery community, and positions the organisation for the future of care and advocacy.
